It was a very good experience. Fast and easy. Sam was great at making me feel comfortable in the decision I was going to make and was available when needed. He also took the time out to make sure that my loan was suitable for me. He guided me through the whole process. He made sure I understood what was going on. He made sure that I was always updated as the process was moving along. This has been the best refinance I have ever been through. I recommend Sam to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance in the future.

Positive experience From start to finish was about 2 months to close. Whenever there was a need to supply more documents I got an email with a link to their document application and was able to upload the information
