It was an amazing experience! I worked closely with Sarah and Chrissie for about a month. My case was a little more difficult than others but they worked hard to make sure we were able to get through the funding process. Both of them were very reassuring throughout, even when I started to have doubts. Replies were very timely and any information that was needed they were there to help. Unexpected Results. Before Top Flite I had spoke to 4 different Lenders. Each of the Lenders were unable to help me with my cash out refinance. I make a good living but showing it on paper was an issue. I have equity in my home. Mr. Cole was able to make me make sense on paper.
