In for a birthday dinner. Service from Britannia was great. Loved the Old Fashioned and banana pudding!
First, we love Haven they are our neighbors and we walk there often ... Thursday nights are by far the best night to go up through fall because of Tom Grose and his band the music is fantastic festive fun and entertaining on the patio ... As far as the food goes they used to have one of our favorites takes ever ....but now with this new Chophouse menu have moved pricing and sizing up into the stratosphere. I love Haven. It’s a neighborhood gem within walking distance of my home and My boyfriend and I dine here a lot. Love the band on the patio in the summer. Food is always good for my friends and business folks I entertain there. They’ve revamped the menu. A lot of similar main courses done differently. I’m a vegan though, so not many options for vegetarian/vegan diners. The farmers veggie plate gives you 4 ‘sides’ of your choosing. We celebrated my 40th birthday with my family and had the best meal and service. Everything was perfect. Our waiter, Gordon was awesome. He took special care of us and recommended we at St Germain to our champagne and it was delicious! Haven does not disappoint.
Great dinner except that it was so dark in the restaurant that my 88-year old mother/-in-law could not see the menu or her food! It is not a good restaurant for the elderly. My husband and I loved it and we will be back!
