The Haven is exactly that - a haven, a respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The service, the ambiance, and the food were all simply fabulous. We have found our new FAVORITE restaurant!

I couldn't have asked for a more delicious meal, from beginning to end. Haven has a way of taking "regular" foods - comfort foods, if you will - and turning them into something special. I can't imagine a more perfect meal than their tomato soup, followed by their chicken & dumplings. I plan to go back - often! What an incredible find. And it's not just the food! excellent! The food was excellent and the service was superb. We will definately return. And, we loved the ambience.
Great evening with quasi business gathering starting at bar then dinner. Staff was most helpful on timing changes. Food and service were both great. Comfortable setting and good wine made it enjoyable to sit and talk after dinner was over. Left quite late with all members of the party very happy and satisfied.
We were invited by a friend and were delighted with the evening. The food was excellent, the service impeccable and the restaurant was quietly charming. I only wish we lived a little closer. Definitely a find. The banana pudding will make the trip back worth the drive.
There were items listed on the menu that weren't being served anymore, so that was a bit frustrating. Also, the waiter didn't seem to know a ton about the menu, so we couldn't ask or get recommendations. I have had a wonderful meal there for dinner, but I was disappointed in the brunch.
I would recommend staying away if you are trying to eat healthy. Cream sauces galore, even on caesar salad (?!) Oysters in fried oysters seemed to be cut in half and first two bites must have each contained a pearl, as something very hard on chomping down - ouch. Potato hay fun, but portion could serve eight. Good wine specials on Sunday night. Good atmosphere.
The scallop entree was the best I've ever had anywhere!
