Verified Renter Same old Same Old For as much as I love living here, I am getting more disappointed the longer that time goes by. The age of this place continues to show for every year that I live here. Three different apartments and the same with each one. The curbside appeal is becoming more unappealing. Rotting outside and in. Rotting balcony wood, Rotting carpet in the hallways, broken stairways that cause injuries. Broken building lights that leave you in the dark. Verified Renter Hayden Lofts is such a great neighborhood. It's quiet. The office staff is very friendly. Very modern style apartments and amenities. It's a gated community as well.

Verified Renter Living at The Lofts, Overall it has been a great place to live. Considering that I am now in my 3rd apartment here. The location and amenities are ideal for me. The staff continue to do an outstanding job of taking care of your needs when you have them. Scott continues to do an excellent job when it comes to maintenance requests. Parking is tricky there is parking but sometimes you have to park farther away than one wants to. The complex is starting to show it's age though and it could use more updates.
