We have had no major issues and any maintenance problems that have come up have been resolved quickly with no fuss. Despite being near the highway it is pretty quiet, and we hardly ever hear noise from neighbors. Verified Renter Overall I love living here but things just aren't what I expect with the apartments being luxury apartments. The appliances are old and outdated now and they are just basic model appliances, for the price that residents pay to live here the appliances should be top of the line.
