My aunt was at Haward Gardens for almost 2 months. The staff there were caring and compassionate. Shout out to Omar who was always helpful, even when I ran into him @ the 7-Eleven and the zipper on my dress was busted. I would recommend this facility and I'm thankful for those that helped my aunt recover.

Our family member was admitted for a brief time at Hayward Gardens before sadly passing away. This was a very sad and stressful time for my sister and myself as well as friends and family. The level of compassion shown to us each and everyday by all CNA's Nurses, social workers, charge Nurses and of course hospice was so unbelievably kind. I returned recently to this facility, covered this building for more than 5 years then Covid hit and as with everyone priorities change, however I had the opportunity to return last year, under a new owner and management, the new team and floor staff improve, sure things can get better and some days things do under, however it was definitely the right choice to return, work load is same I work hard and enjoy the reward whether it's from the residents or their families. I've been working here at Hayward Gardens Post Acute for 5 years + (used to be called Windsor Gardens Hayward). There's been a lot of changes that happened throughout the years. Some good and some not so good but we gave the best care possible. Our staffs care for our residents like our own parents.

1628 B St Hayward, CA 94541 I came to visit a friend here. I was impressed by the level of care and the facility is well staffed. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. The front desk was staffed by 3 people. Covid-19 screening was in effect, and masks were required. Lots of cleaning was going on. My friend said he was being treated well, but didn't like the food.
