My Mom was admitted to Hayward Gardens Post Acute back in Dec of last year after two very bad falls. At the time, I was in LA filming a TV show and could not make it back home for the Holidays so I was not in touch as much as I had previously been. I went up to visit my Mom in Jan of 2023 and literally was aghast as to what I discoverd - my Mom was in very bad shape and diagnosed with acute encephalopathy - barely able to stand and yet alone speak. The staff that i met so far here in Hayward Gardens Posy acute are very kind, corteous and professional. Under their new management, i have nothing to say but kind words since they showed they can really deal and operate with others well and it appears they are providing good care with their patients as well. Services are highly recommended to family and friends.

I went there for rehab, they did not tell Kaiser that they had Covid in the facility. The next day I came down with Covid . I then got double pneumonia and sepsis. When I left there the owner said Covid is just like the flu. I wish she had it as I did. I am 77 years old and have asthma, it was not like the flu, when I left for the hospital and I had to call the ambulance. There were seven patients with Covid and several staff members.

After my brother was discharged from Eden Hospital, he was admitted to Hayward Gardens Rehabilitation Center. There, he shared a room with a patient who had pneumonia, which deeply concerned us. The patient himself informed us of his condition; we worried about my brother, who was suffering from heart failure, and we were especially anxious about the risk of him falling ill again. We immediately approached the front desk nurse to request a room change to protect his health, but we were told that no other rooms were available... read more

My mother in law was admitted into this facility on Saturday, February 24, 2024. The facility is not clean, it's old and dilapidated. This place should be monitored by the State. The staff had not bathed my mother in law in 4 days. This is ludicrous.
