Room was fine clean and the amenities were good. The problem was the check in time and the check out time . Rooms should be ready at the check in time otherwise maybe you all need to change the check out time to earlier like 10 or 11 at the latest Having 10 minutes to get ready to be somewhere at 5 was not a pleasant experience. There were so many people waiting for rooms at check in time. We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper.

Hotel was clean and convenient, staff was friendly, however the bed was extremely uncomfortable, worn down and hard, so I cannot rate any higher
