resturaunt was closed. room service came to clean our room at 4:30. too late. we were already in there, and had to send them back. no coffee, towels. etc. I expect more from this place

Room was very clean. The check-in, check-out staff was very courteous. The little touches such as the fruit water in the lobby was very nice!!

The staff worked to help me and my daughter get into our rooms early. Upon leaving, I realized I had forgotten a jacket in my room...and when I called, about 15 minutes after leaving, to see if they could secure it for me...the anwer was yes. When I got back to the front desk a couple of hours later, there was my jacket, waiting for me. Thanks for that!
