It was a clean room you indeed but the wear and tear of this hotel was obvious as soon as you set foot inside. You could feel the humidity and smell the staleness of the room as soon as you stepped off the elevator. The bathroom fan did not work in the bathroom. The thermostat settings have motion detection so when we left the room for a concert and returned the room was warmer than we set it for. We booked its room due to its proximity to the Old National Event Center and, come to find out, there is even a skywalk to the event center. We never had to walk outside. When we arrived at the event center there was an entrance just for us and we didn’t even have to stand in line to get in. The hotel itself was perfect in every way and the staff were very accommodating. There are also many places to eat within walking distance. We will return to this hotel in a heartbeat!
