Great getaway! We have stayed here a couple times and it was wonderful each time! The only thing i dislike are the pillows! Im sure its just my preference but they are not for me!!!

Valet parking (even though I didn’t use the service) was top notch having a personality along with being caring. Check-in, very delayed & not so much personality. Upgraded room, due to a mistake with the room I had reserved which I’ll come back to. Being moved to South side, no carts to take your belongings unless you pay for valet parking is a touch of an annoyance. Hotel was great. Location was perfect for access to the Landing. Wish that there were more reasonable dining options at the hotel. The restaurant was too expensive. Had to leave the hotel to find dining options. Was disappointed that parking wasn't included in the price of the hotel. Sunday morning coffee was available easily. Monday we had to request it. Thought that was inconvenient.
