Hyatt Gilbert Stay The room was okay—slightly outdated—but it was clean and everything in the room worked properly. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Unfortunately, the continental breakfast was terrible. On Tuesday, the hot breakfast consisted of a pot of waffles, bacon bites, and cold Canadian bacon. De inicio estaba bien, excelente ubicación y los jóvenes de recepción amables, veíamos que no hacían limpieza en cuarto y nos comentaron que se hace cada 3 días (solo sacar basuras, poner insumos), todos los días el desayuno se acabó antes del cierre de comedor, el último día bajamos antes de las 8am y ya no había, comedor se cierra 9:30am

Excellent stay We were only there one night but the room was excellent. The fitness center and pool are very nice. Having starbucks and a restaurant downstairs was extremely convenient. We booked this hotel because it was next door and connected via skywalk to the Ford Center. Only complaint I had was trying to get a late check out. I called the hotel prior to arriving, spent quite a bit of time on the phone only to be told I have to check with the front desk when I check in.
