Julio at the front desk was welcoming and helpful when we had to change rooms. I had to inquire as to why housekeeping hadn’t cleaned our room and was told they only clean every other day. We expected it to be cleaned today but they only left clean towels - they didn’t make the bed or clean anything. Very disappointed in the housekeeping and attitude towards us when we asked (someone else working the desk - not Julio). Probably won’t stay here again.
If I go back to Branson, I would stay at this very centrally located hotel.
