Julio was so great even before we showed up. When we arrived Julio was even better. Always there to take care of any of are needs.. Super friendly super helpful in every way. Always complimenting everyone that needs help or walks by. Unbelievable customer service!!! Julio made the trip!

Housekeeping was terrible. We were only cleaned once in 4 nights. We requested cleaning but did not happen. We complained to the front desk and they tried to help but no one ever showered until our last day
Clean room and great staff will convince me to stay here all the time. Very responsive personnel.

The property was well maintained, the rooms were clean and decorated nicely. Water pressure was awesome and the breakfasts were great. The staff was friendly and overall it was a great experience.
