We got in at 9pm and checked out at 720am the next day. We were just there for an early medical appt. While staff was great and everything seemed clean. I did not sleep at alllllll due to the loud rattling air conditioner and the loud mini fridge and even worse…random LOUD bangs coming from the neighboring room. 6 times from 3am to 5am. Loud enough it shook the wall and woke my very heavy sleeper sister. Fortunately my 3 year old only stirred and didn’t wake.

Room had spider webs in 3 of the 4 corners. In-Room dining hung up on me and then kept phone off the hook. Couldn't order dinner. Front desk staff was great and polite and professional. Was supposed to get my valet charge waved, but it appears that I was charged anyways. Just not what I am used to from a Hilton property.

The Hilton is a wonderful place to stay right there at Branson Landing! Very convenient very beautiful, a bit pricey, other than that my preferred place to stay!
