They didn't clean up after themselves after the job was complete, despite numerous request to do so.
From beginning to end, it was a very good experience. The communication was outstanding and the quality of the work was excellent!
Our project was a new two level Trex Transcend deck with three sets of stairs, railings, lights, landing, and two gates. The old deck was taken down and removed. Communication from the management team on the timing of the project was exceptional. We knew when they were coming and what was going to be done.
