There were a few paperwork snafu's, but everything was handled professionally, and courteously. Good company to work with. We felt like we were appreciated, and the project added value to our home.
They did a fantastic job, came on time, and completed the job before the allotted time.
Work was high quality. But a number of mistakes in ordering stone and lack of communication between office and crews caused delays. However, HD ultimately worked to get it right.
The approach was comprehensive, nothing was missed.
