My patio project could not have gone better. We met at a home show in Chantilly, Va. They followed up promptly with a site visit and a reasonable price quote in writing. Subject to product availability, they gave me a time estimate. When the materials came in , they notified me Tuesday, delivered materials on Thursday, started work early Friday morning and wrapped up all the work and cleanup midday Saturday.
