Headpinz grand opening Monday was a great success! We've had a soft grand opening for the past three weeks, in order to get everyone a chance to train with us, get our entire staff familiarized with the menu, and work out the bowling lane kinks. The atmosphere makes it so much fun going to work! I know I really take pride in my customer service part, and make sure every single one of my guests are happy, know about all of the fun filled activites we have going on! We ALL had a wonderful time last night. Food, atmosphere, staff, lanes, games, high rope were awesome. Thanks for providing us with a family fun place! :-)
I went the first week. The place is awesome. The two story laser tag was great fun. They have a few grand opening kinks to work out with undertrained staff but I'm sure they will work it out.
Went to meet up with some friends at HeadPinz today at 3...had a great experience! No waiting for a lane and they even gave us a few minutes to play out our second game at no charge. Staff was super friendly and helpful from the time I walked in until we left! Next time I am in the Fort or am thinking of an event I will keep this place in mind for Laser Tag or the Ropes Course;)! Thank you Ashley and Kelsey for making me feel welcomed!
