We visited today for my daughters birthday. Everything was great until we went to leave. My sister and my daughter both slipped and fell walking out of the arcade. When we had first arrived an hour prior, someone was mopping up the exact same spot. An employee who was brought over advised it wasn't water, but something from when they polished the floors. Not a good experience. While we had fun doing the axe throwing, every employee that we dealt with was not friendly, and seemed annoyed that they had to work. Most tables were unbussed. Don’t like that there is nobody to take food/drink orders while you’re playing. We had to order at a kiosk. After 45 minutes our food still had not come. We inquired about it and they said “their system went down” and so it would be another 45 minutes for some chicken wings. We canceled the food order and left. I will not go back there... read more

We had a terrible experience at headpinz Ft. Myers today. We bowled from 4-6 PM and had no server come to us the entire time we were there. We had to go to the front desk to ask several times for anything we needed. In addition, I mentioned this to the manager on duty and he said “oh well it was during a shift change”. If it was during a shift change why did we have no service the entire two hours we were there? Also, wouldn’t it have made sense to send a new server over immediately to remedy the situation? The four of us walked in and sat at the bar. We sat there for about 10 minutes and were not greeted once, not even a 'be with you in a minute'. We saw the bartender greet others at the other end that came after us. Will never go back there and do not recommend

Complete waste of time and money!! Went with the whole family and my husband took our toddlers to the arcade so my 18yr old and I could axe throw and have some one on one time together. We spent the entire hour the kids were playing with incompetent staff. They couldn't figure out the register then sent us to a machine to do waiver, then came back and couldn't get the machine to print our ticket after trying to charge us again. The employees here and the ‘gaming manager’ are a joke. They provide zero customer service and are unwilling to right their wrongs. Today was the second time in a row that we paid for a service only to be told that service was unavailable when our time slot came up. The employees, including this gaming manager thought it was funny that this was the second time in a row and refused to help us in any way.
