I contacted Headquarter toyota in Miami Lakes and started talking to Josiah Reyes from the Internet Dept. He was polite and listened to everything that I needed. He advised that I should go in and test drive the Highlander. I went in and he introduced me to a salesman by the name of Andre Suero. Andre was very knowledgeable and also kind and polite.
