Hola, lamentamos mucho que se sienta asi, recordamos su visita en el dia de ayer y le explicamos que al momento de venderle el auto 2017 Toyota Camry hace un año atras aproximadamente, el carfax estaba limpio, seguro el propietario anterior hizo arreglos en el vehiculo unos dias antes de entregarlo al dealer, por algun accidente que no se reflejaba a la hora de la venta, ademas carfax pone una nota al final de su reporte en el cual comunica que no es responsable cuando una situacion asi sucede porque no tienen manera de sabe... read more
Fraude y engaño al cliente alteraciones en el reporte del Carfax, me vendieron el carro como título limpio, asegurándome que el vehículo no tenía accidente reportado y había pasado todos los puntos de inspección con la certificación de Toyota. The worst place to be. I had to cancel my gap insurance, they were helping all the customers who were purchasing a vehicle, but not me. I spent 4 hours waiting for someone to help me while the manager was joking around with the Hispanic customers .
