I took my car in for my 15,000 mile service. Juan Aracena explained the process to me in a very clear manner. To go above and beyond, he was quite honest concerning a flat tire under warranty that I did not know about. To save Headquarter Toyota the cost of the repair, he could have looked the other way and I definitely would have ended up paying for it myself with a lot of inconvenience. It is a nice change to see a company putting customers first.
