not a very good place, for an oil change they take out the oil before they are ready to do the job to force you to stay, and wait the 6 hours. Javier from service is the laziest of them all.

Please steer clear of this Toyota franchise!! I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 6 years, this experience has prompted me to find a new car brand/ dealership to be a loyal customer too. On 02/24 I brought my 2020 Corolla to the service department for my maintenance. It went smooth, my multipoint inspection showed all green marks - green marks= checked & okay at this time.
