The wine and snacks after were a nice touch, but I was shortchanged during the massage. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment as directed thinking they’d take me back 5 minutes before the appointment like other massage places do. The masseuse didn’t come out until 5 minutes after my appointment. I got undressed and she didn’t start until 10 after and ended at 5 til which equaled a 45 minute massage. Awesome service and environment...That’s my number #1 spot in Virginia Beach
Very nice cozy environment and my masseuse really performed a good deep-tissue massage! The lounge afterwards was a nice relaxer. Planning on going back.
Environment relaxing, music soothing. Therapists very professional and skillful. Only issue was confirming appointment, and playing phone tag with the establishment. Snacks were basic, beverage choices plentiful and well stocked.
Awesome from the moment I walked in... clean and streamlined. The estitician was very knowledgeable and had great technique. Will be back!
Our massage started late although we had our forms completed prior to arriving, and ENDED EARLY. About 5 min early but that matters after a late start. So we got about a 40-45 minute massage. I told my masseuse where my problem area was (lower back) and she chose to focus on my shoulders and neck for about 30 minutes instead. It was an awful experience. Nothing like I anticipated. And instead of giving us our drinks while we waited, they gave them when we finished. That seemed a little backwards.
Excellent service my parents were so happy I surprised them for Christmas with wine and unwind couples massage!!!!
Very satisfying, professional, and comfortable. We had snacks before massage and wine after massage. Definitely a great place to go to unwind.
