While we were a few minutes late due to wrong directions we also had to fill out a long form on arrival. The time to fill the form was deducted from the massage time. This should have been clear on the Groupon and I don't recall seeing it.
Show up early!!!! I enjoyed the massage over all, but there is paperwork required at the beginning and they deduct time from your massage for the paperwork. My 60 minute massage lasted 45 minutes and I was there a little early. They also require you to leave a credit card on file, which I was not very excited about.
I had a couples massage. They were late for the appointment and said "It wasn't anything they could do because I bought a groupon, which was already discounted." Terrible customer service!!! Massage was decent.
Absolutely recommend this place for a good massage. Only problem i had was the creaky bed, but other than that, fantastic!
Very Nice! A Hidden Gem!
They were very professional and welcoming. I appreciated how nice, neat it was and I also loved the decor. The location was perfect, near pembroke mall and Town Center. I spoke with a cute couple who were in the lounge and they spoke very highly of Wine & Unwind as well.
Although my massage was thorough on the parts she was able to get to, I was shorted 20 minutes of my massage. Had she given me the full 60 minutes, I’m sure it would have been an excellent massage. They are receiving 2 stars because they emphasize for you to arrive early to fill out paperwork, but then they don’t even take you back on time. Hence the reason why you’re shorted!

Service was great! We went for a couples massage and were totally comfortable and relaxed! Loved it and can't wait to come back!
