Staff is kind and professional, the facility is beautiful. If you are looking for a luxury doctors office you’ve found it. However, I was under the false impression that this was a regular PCP, as I found them through Zoc Doc and didn’t know it was also a med spa until I arrived. There is a membership fee to be a patient, which is fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but definitely not for me. I paid a lot more than I have for other PCP visits elsewhere. Visiting Dr. K and the med spa team has truly been one of the best wellness decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve been coming here regularly for facials and IV drips, and every single experience has been excellent. Not sure where to begin. The sense of professionalism and warmth is immediately evident. The nurses are kind and genuinely engaging. Dr K has the energy of a zen master, she exudes calm and poise as well as being a highly trained top of the line doctor. I’ve NEVER been in a PCP office and felt like I was the only patient there. I had such a great experience at the primary care facility at Health and Glow! From start to finish, the process was seamless, booking the appointment was easy, and I was seen right on time. The staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and knowledgeable. They were on top of everything, including my tests and follow-ups, and the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain everything I needed. I felt truly cared for and confident in the level of attention I received. Highly recommend!

.I’ve had two appointments with this PCP and both times I left frustrated. At my initial appointment, I was assured my medication would be sent to my pharmacy — it never was. At my follow-up, it still had not been sent. Every time I try calling, I only reach an answering service that can’t take messages, so there’s no way to get through. They are not responsive when it comes to medications or billing issues. I would not recommend this office.
