I am an apprehensive patient aka i hate going to “the doctors (dentists included, sorry! It’s nothing personal!). When I tell you I almost wanted to just stay, hang out and chat during/after my appointment I mean it. The doctor and entire staff was so personable and comforting. It can be nerve wracking to have your blood drawn, talk about medical issues and just a doctors visit in general potentially receiving a new diagnosis. I'm a 58 yr old extremely healthy female whose been a patient at H&G since 2021. I had a physical on 10/5/2023 with a new provider (she didn't introduce herself so I don't know her name). I was concerned with an elevated inflammation blood marker. Her response was that it could be fixed with diet and exercise. First time I saw this doctor she refused to fill all my prescriptions . She said she could but would not. The next issue was contacting her office. No one answered the phone and voicemail was full. Office would not respond to faxes from pharmacy. Knowing I was type 2 diabetic she would not order bloodwork every 3 months and that is very important when you’re a diabetic. Went to drKallikadan because my primary who I loved was gone and need a new doctor. She didn't care about me or what my needs were. All she cared about was wanting to promote her glow business. Waned me to have hormone pellets injected when I didn't but didn't want to renew my hormone cream and was nasty about it. Wanted me to do a vaginal rejuvenation when I don't really care since I have other issues in that area and that will not help my situation. had concerns over chronic shoulder pain and wrist pain. After meeting Dr. Swapna I explained all the issues I was having and also talked to her about the anxiety that I have. I tend to get anxiety in traffic or during long waits and after I explained this to Dr. Swapna, her response was “So your impatient”. I didn’t really know how to respond to her remark so I just moved forward with trying to setup my X-Rays and focus on getting help with my injuries. Would not recommend at all she has made a number of serious mistakes with my card. She does not take the time to review patients medical history
