I volunteer at Pacifica. [name removed] is excellent at organized events for the residents to enjoy. The smiles of happy people make this place special to me.
Generally the community is kept pretty clean, and most of the staff members are exceptional. The community is still pretty limited with the covid restrictions. The food is getting better, it was being delivered on trays, but now there is a new chef cooking the meals and creating a new menu. The activities are still pretty limited on the memory care side. The value for cost is pretty good, and in general we do think it is fair. The nurses who are available have done a good job, and have become well educated.
My wife has been a resident in the Pacifica community for over two years, she is happy and well cared for. I have been welcomed when visiting her daily. The staff, medical team and caregivers sem very well trained, kinda and patient. This is a well-run facility!
Pacifica is a home away from home! The staff is what separates this community from the competition! Not only do they treat the residents like family, but they also treat their family as their own. If you want your loved one to feel at home, this is the place to be!

My childhood years were apart in one of the best Preparatory Schools of my country, I still cherish their unforgettable teachings. Well, here I am at Pacifica... and ... here we go again!
