Staff is great. I'm glad they have been able to get my husband moved. However, I've had to have maintenance clean a/c vents twice in a few months.

Sales directior is fantastic, and coudn't do without her. Cottages ar clean, and staff is very friendly, 24-hour accessible to visit my family.

Everything has been fantastic. What was said has happened. Communication has been outstanding. All time [name removed]were accomplished. Everything has explained and understood. Even the little things like the installation of the TV -[name removed] was helpful. Our arrival a meal was given - which was very kind.

It was hard to find a place in the beginning , but with the help with A Place for Mom, I was able to narrow down the selection. Pacifica has a great group of staff. This is a good place for my loved one. The communication with the staff is very, very good, no matter what time I call. They are able to provide medication management, bathing, and dressing assistance as some of the care they offer to the residents.
