Everything has been fantastic. What was said has happened. Communication has been outstanding. All time [name removed]were accomplished. Everything has explained and understood. Even the little things like the installation of the TV -[name removed] was helpful. Our arrival a meal was given - which was very kind.

It was hard to find a place in the beginning , but with the help with A Place for Mom, I was able to narrow down the selection. Pacifica has a great group of staff. This is a good place for my loved one. The communication with the staff is very, very good, no matter what time I call. They are able to provide medication management, bathing, and dressing assistance as some of the care they offer to the residents.

I was in need of repsite care for my mother, [name removed], short term. I inquired online and [name removed] immediately reached out. The process was so thorough and easy to complete and everyone was so friendly and eager to help. Mom had a great week! She made a lot of new friends! The staff kept me updated and sent photos/videos. I would recommend Pacifica to anyone and tell them to relax - the staff will be there for you!
