Everything has been fantastic. What was said has happened. Communication has been outstanding. All time [name removed]were accomplished. Everything has explained and understood. Even the little things like the installation of the TV -[name removed] was helpful. Our arrival a meal was given - which was very kind.

Moment I meant with [name removed] and [name removed] we had a feeling of confidence that my mother was in god hands. My sister did extensive research on P.S.L (Fort Myers) and good reviews prompted us to choose P.S.L
It was hard to find a place in the beginning , but with the help with A Place for Mom, I was able to narrow down the selection. Pacifica has a great group of staff. This is a good place for my loved one. The communication with the staff is very, very good, no matter what time I call. They are able to provide medication management, bathing, and dressing assistance as some of the care they offer to the residents.
Mom liked Pacifica from the beginning and so did I. The management and staff are all very friendly and helpful.
I moved in about a year ago & the current management team took over shortly thereafter. They improve things every month & will no doubt continue to do so.
I was in need of repsite care for my mother, [name removed], short term. I inquired online and [name removed] immediately reached out. The process was so thorough and easy to complete and everyone was so friendly and eager to help. Mom had a great week! She made a lot of new friends! The staff kept me updated and sent photos/videos. I would recommend Pacifica to anyone and tell them to relax - the staff will be there for you!
