My first time seeing the doctor I waited for an hour before I saw the doctor, The doctor didn’t even bother to apologize for being so late. Neither did the assistant come in and inform me the doctor is running late. No consideration for my time. Be prepared to wait and feel unappreciated..

Doc asked how my pain level was i told her 10 she said 10s are for (Ambulances ) i told her i never said i was dieing !!! Verry unprofessional wouldn’t recommend to NOBODY an if u can switch me Doctors Please do so would be best or to a Closer location near my Adress
I was on time for my appointment at 11:30am. I was put in a room for Dr. Perez to see me and was forgotten about. I had to go to the desk and ask if I would be seen soon and by this time I was there for an hour. Then they came and got me and I was put in another room closer to Dr. Perez. She walked in 5minutes later. I was forgotten about! Plus I mentioned it to Dr. Perez and her response was “Do you want to reschedule?” Hmmm I was there already and on time, so “No!!!”
Appt time 11:00am. Waited over an 1 1/2 and never saw the dr. Very disappointed.
Dr Chang is a nice doctor he give me a great treatment and all the staff is nice
