The staff and physical therapist did well

The staff was helpful and the doctor was so nice
Doc asked how my pain level was i told her 10 she said 10s are for (Ambulances ) i told her i never said i was dieing !!! Verry unprofessional wouldn’t recommend to NOBODY an if u can switch me Doctors Please do so would be best or to a Closer location near my Adress
I was on time for my appointment at 11:30am. I was put in a room for Dr. Perez to see me and was forgotten about. I had to go to the desk and ask if I would be seen soon and by this time I was there for an hour. Then they came and got me and I was put in another room closer to Dr. Perez. She walked in 5minutes later. I was forgotten about! Plus I mentioned it to Dr. Perez and her response was “Do you want to reschedule?” Hmmm I was there already and on time, so “No!!!”
Appt time 11:00am. Waited over an 1 1/2 and never saw the dr. Very disappointed.
Dr Chang is a nice doctor he give me a great treatment and all the staff is nice
The physical therapist was nice she explained everything how long the process for healing for my finger
Eight months and the pain has gotten worse. My pain level went from a 3-4 to 8 and 9 and it’s resonating to different areas. The CT scan images weren’t great. Images of a non-union and he’s finally ordering the bone stimulator so not very happy with the results and the delay.
