I can always count on Dr. Tilley and his staff to take care of me. I called Ashley and told her I had an accident with a hedge trimmer and needed to follow up and have Dr. Tilley assess the wound. They got me right in. Dr. Tilley agreed I needed to be on a round of antibiotics and called that in. Joann cleaned and redressed wound. I am so thankful for the entire staff.

My experience with the Pinnacle office and with Dr. Tilley have been for the most part excellent. The one exception has to do with my PSA results from my blood tests. The first results from February were lost. I went in again in May, had a second blood test for PSA and haven’t heard anything from that yet. Having said that, I will continue with their program and Dr. Tilley since he has shown trustworthiness, professionalism and sincerity. I have not found these qualities in previous doctors.
