Waited over an hour to get in room to see PRN and 1/2 hr. To see her.. Need to have better scheduling to prevent the wait.

I was seen by Dr. Tilley on Friday Dec. 15. As usual, he and his staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Tilley doesn’t make me feel like I’m a “5 minute visit.” He takes time to ask pertinent questions and wait for my answers. On Dec. 18 I was seen at the Malvern clinic for an X-ray. Wait time was very short. The X-ray tech put me at ease and explained everything that she planned before executing the procedure. Thank you for this group of professionals!!
