Nurse up front swab throat, and for flu and Covid. Then Briana stood at door and told me to go to ER and tell I needed oxygen and IV. IV was not used could not take steroid. This was Wed. Had X-ray of chest EKG, cat scan, blood test, breathing treatment (1)and sent home today to pick up Covid medicine and an inhaler for which I did not need for $27.? ?. No wheezing in chest. Follow up Jan.11.Dr. Tilley’s patient could not see him till end of month. Needs more hours inMalvern.
I never get my lab results reported to me unless I make at least 2 calls to the office and then takes 3 to 4 days to get a return call back, then I’m told there good I actually have to ask what each lab result is if I want to know, I like to keep up with my heath and all my results

Dr Murphy was very nice. But she end up prescribing me something I was allergic to an it was for headaches. I was seen for backache. It being the weekend there wasn't anything I could do but suffer til Monday n go see my Dr.
Your turn over rate for physicians in your facilities is extremely high. I have been unable to get consistent care and had to change primary doctors within your facilities 5 times within last 3 years due to staffing issues. I am getting very poor care.

Stop taking the Spanish Inquisition approach to clients with chronic pain . It is disturbing that you have to claim to be opioid dependent to receive pain management . And this will absolutely include suboxone , which is itself very addictive . and only accomplishes treating one "addiction " by creating a certain addiction; the biggest difference being that suboxone won't address legitimate pain .
