Well for one I came there for help. I needed to get referral so I can get home health care and hospital. Never got. I called yesterday to check on it had to leave message. No call back So I'm giving up on trying to get medical help

Doctor didn't even listen to my chest, look in my throat or nose when I complained about a constant cough - just prescribed antibiotics. He checked nothing on me. On top of that, I missed a call and returned it a few hours later for the nurse, left them a message but no call back. I've left at least 3 messages but still no call back!! I got a message from walgreens my prescription was ready and I don't even know what it is for!!!! Dr. Husky was great and very informative! The nurse however had bad bed side manners. She entered the room and didn't even so much as greet me. She then sat silently as she typed on her laptop. After the longest most awkward 5 minutes, she looked at me and said "When did your symptoms start?" With a dirty look on her face... Which made me feel even more uncomfortable. Won't be back to this location.
I love all the staff at Healthy Connections, they are professional, courteous and do listen to your needs. The only problem I have is the new check in method, which is all controlled on your phone. We now have to use our phones to check in and they notify you it's time to check in, we'll I was in traffic when I got my call 20 minutes before I was to be there, let's just say that's not good!! Does make me want to look for another health care system!
I was supposed to be notified about my lab results. A week went by and nothing. Than I called about them. They said as soon as she did her chart she would call. Still nothing. So I ended up going there for and xray and I asked. I was givin a print out with Noone explaining to the the results. So I had to Google all the code things to figure what they were
Excellent care from all staff!
Three days after my flu shot last week I was sick for three days with flu-like symptoms. My experience at the cardiac clinic, X-ray room that day were as expected. Just that bad egg in the flu shot gave me a tetch of E. coli I think.
