The service by Austin and his co-worker was very very well executed. We have three units and they handled the maintenance with expertise and confidence. Both young men were polite and personable. They also installed a blue light to prevent additional mold growth. I look forward to the coming season expecting only the best from our systems.
I am thrilled with Healthy Home! Our furnace died on a Sunday morning just as the temperatures in Charlotte were dropping. I was referred to HH by my neighbor and immediately gave them a call and spoke with Dimitri. He sent Isaiah out within just a few hours. He advised what was wrong with the furnace and discussed with us fixing or replacing it. Since the unit was 20 years old, we decided to replace it with a heat pump. Healthy Home Heating & Air installed my unit and has come back to fix a blown compressor on this unit at least three times. We currently have a fourth blown compressor and they have given us no updates since they last came to inspect the unit three weeks ago. I would not be leaving this review if they had given me an update at least once in the last week. Brian Sulli came to our home to do some plumbing work. He was very nice & knowledgeable in his field. He was thorough & completed multiple plumbing jobs while he was here. I strongly recommend him if you need a fantastic plumber.
I keep wondering how this company has such a clean profile here, and realized maybe it’s because people like me are too worn out from dealing with Healthy Home to detail the experience in reviews. So here goes: We needed a new HVAC system and duct replacement. We were scheduled for 1/16-1/17, and told there was a chance they might wrap up a few things on the 18th.
