I am thrilled with Healthy Home! Our furnace died on a Sunday morning just as the temperatures in Charlotte were dropping. I was referred to HH by my neighbor and immediately gave them a call and spoke with Dimitri. He sent Isaiah out within just a few hours. He advised what was wrong with the furnace and discussed with us fixing or replacing it. Since the unit was 20 years old, we decided to replace it with a heat pump. Excellent and very responsive service. My technician (Drew Smith) was very quick to diagnose the problem and got it fixed very quickly. He was very corteous and very easy to work with. I will use him and Healthy Homes again for regular maintenance
Isaiah was absolutely the best technician. Quickly performed diagnostic and determined what was wrong. He worked continuously until everything was done and worked properly. I even decided to take an advantage of an offer to service my system regularly. Isaiah found every discount he could and set everything up for me. I couldn� t be more impressed with this young man and the impeccable quality of his work.
The presentation made by their 'Comfort Consultant', Brian Reynolds, was outstanding - as was his sincerity, knowledge, and attention to detail. The installation of the A/C system, led by Josh Pendleton, was a high quality job also, and it wasn't disruptive to us at all.
Professionals listen well, explain their process, and are patient when waiting for me to finish shower during their drive to my house.
Good experience! He found the problem right away and fixed it promptly.
