Dr Martin is awesome
Dr Monroe is AWESOME, Sara Patterson is AWESOME ANA E is AWESOME everyone else in the office NOT SO MUCH! Poor follow through, hard to get ahold of when needed and just plain unresponsive. Takes far too many phone calls to get stuff done. The Doctor is the best just wish his supporting staff was to the same level of greatness as Doc Monroe!
Doctors here are patient oriented. They make you feel welcome. They care about your wanting to be healthy.
Healthy Life Family Medicine is a great practice. Don't get me wrong- they are very busy and it does take a long time to be seen, but that's because they give you great care once it's your turn. I have met Dr. Monroe, but mostly see his PA Sarah who is amazing, care, and knowledable =)
This is a great Dr with a wonderful and caring bedside manner. Very intune with your needs and will do any test needed to find a diagnose for your issue.
My husband and I have been using healthy life family medicine for a few years now and after a number of chances they have failed. The first incident was when my husband spoke with the doctor about help to quit smoking . His answer was you will be having a new baby in the house soon I would not try and quit now. Seriously? What doctor suggests that.? On another instance I called multiple times to get a a scrip refilled and ended up going to the pharmacy twice only to learn they hadn't called it in. Dr Martin is the best. Might be alittle slow at calling you in but they take the time to listen to you when in the room.
WONDERFUL Family doctor! Best bedside manner ever! Very caring and genuine about your health issues, especially preventative care. Never treats you like just a patient. Office staff is wonderful as well! Get you in when you need, follows up with you too!
