Trust the reviews on Yelp, not Google. Business can easily write their own reviews on Google by simply creating fake email accounts; this is much more difficult to do on Yelp. I called to change an appointment that I made (an appointment still over a month out) and in the middle of my question, the girl who answered the phone completely cut me off. I’ve been a patient at Healthy Life for over 10 years. For the past five years, this place continually goes down hill. They NEVER return phone calls; twice they didn’t call in my Prescriptions and charged me for follow up visits that I didn’t attend because I didn’t get the prescriptions and now, over a week ago I gave blood and urine to get clearance for my hip surgery. Dr Monroe is very thorough, he reviews your charts prior to coming into discuss them with you. He also takes the time to listen and respond to any questions that you may have. He also makes recommendations that would benefit your well being.

Dr. Monroe asks questions that are important to understand my history and to expand on the reason for my visit. Any required follow-up is scheduled without delay.
