Useful, But Not Very IntuitiveUse Cases and Deployment Scope - It has been very useful. I am our HR department of 1 and it has helped me organize and automate many functions of my job. However, that being said, the system is not very intuitive. I find it very hard for someone with very basic knowledge to learn how to use the program. I have learned a lot and it's been a very useful tool. I know that there is way more that the program can do, but understanding how to do them is not the best.
