Heartland Payroll's online entry and report generation make it user-friendly. A breeze to use is Heartland Payroll. Online, whenever I'm ready, I can send in the payroll. Even if I was busy when the call came through, I don't have to wait for it to end or to get a callback. Every time a customer calls or stops by, we answer the phone because we run a tight ship here. Heartland Payroll Upgrade Until this recent upgrade I thought it was the easiest payroll product I ever used. PROS I used to love the ease of data entry. With the new upgrade, special payments take too much time as the data doesn't end up where I intend. I add an additional check and the payment ends up on the standard check.
