The app itself is ok, but i hate the fact it keeps logging me out. Hearland in general is trash. Go with any other payroll company
Worst app I've ever used, doesn't load anything can't remove days requested off made by mistake couldn't login in for the first 3 hours of trying don't use this app unless you have to
Worst app on my phone. I am sick and tired of being logged off every other time I use the app. This app takes forever to load, will boot you out despite claiming that this won't happen for 45 days and doesn't always clock you on and off when you think it has. My employees hate using the app for all the glitches and delays involved. I've called the 3 or 4 times to figure out why I and my employees are repeatedly signed out and no one knows how to help. Terrible.
Keeps making me re sign in.
The self-service section is not available. No one responds to request
Awful almost alway have a problem email can't fine it password incorrect now cannot see read want me to download so tiresome
I would clock out like today and then later on open the app and it says I didn't clock out. Crazy. All kinds of problems. It takes forever to upload the app 85% of the time. The app sucks. At first it was okay but now it's crazy. It's messing up my money, I mean every pay check there's always a missed punch. Crazy. It's been like this for about 6 months maybe longer.
