Good payroll platform It helps me solve all my payroll deduction and it's very accurate and easy to read. PROS I like that it offers the ability to import data into payroll batches which increases the efficiency of payroll processing. Some if good and some is challenging Good experience and helpful after we manage to setup everything to our needs. PROS It worked well with integration with our HRIS application and able to connect with auto-deposit payroll payment system to help automating most of the payment process. The system is important to reduce mistake that happen with manual payment process that happening before. Payroll software done right PROS Work very well with our HRIS system really make me happy. Very user friendly and intuitive payroll management software The interface is easy and intuitive to use and allows me to store all of my paystubs in one place so i can check back on different pay periods. The Simplicity of Payroll Options I enjoyed using Heartland Payroll for the ease and simplicity of the user interface. PROS As soon as payroll was being processed you had instant access to your paystub, which is very handy with preplanning and bill organization. Mistake riddled service Poor response to mistakes made and still to this day the mistakes made and admitted to have not been corrected. PROS Nothing at all. Their service was forgetful and slow when they did respond to me bringing to their attention their mistakes with payroll. Email communications between myself and the company did not help resolve the matter. CONS Mistakes were not reversed even though many attempts were made on my behalf to communicate those mistakes.
