Terrible Customer service is nonexistent The app crashes constantly POS systems are trash, and they refuse to supply new ones if they fail. The system is down, and you can not process payments . When you call (45+ minutes on the phone), they say it's engineering issues, and they are trying....

can't even log in. help menu is a joke. picked log in issues- "is your phone in airplane mode?" are you kidding me? have any of the people who made this app actually tried to use it? 0 stars.

Don't connect almost never without logging in and out. Ridiculous. Edit; I just discussed it with ya. Read your feedback. Everyone has the same problem. Your card reader does not connect w the app without logging in & out about 3 different times.

High hidden Fees! We were told by an account manager it be a flat monthly rate when that's false. Once the account was opened, extra fees began popping up at random each month. Can add on any fees they want and try to take it from your bank account. Read the contract before signing it! Do not recommend them if you want to succeed!
