Easy menu setup and great speed User friendliness is top notch. Reliable too. PROS This multi-purpose software regulates workflow while managing daily operations. Features like ordering, inventory control and quality measure are all favourable. Keep up. A decent company that wants to do better, but may not be there yet. Overall, we are generally happy with Heartland's POS side of the company (we would not recommend the HR side, but that is another story). The customer service typically responds quickly. Sometimes I wish they would come out a little more quickly, especially since it seems that their equipment only ever breaks during a busy dinner rush. However, they seem to care about our experience as a customer and even took the time to meet with us several times to go ove... read more

Heartland bought Mobilebytes and we still love Mobilebytes Overall we like and will continue to use this product. Definitely one of the best options on the market. PROS This system is so user-friendly and both the back and and the front end make a lot of sense for everyone that encounters them. The online ordering is some of the best in the industry and we used this feature to pivot during covid to great success. CONS Splitting checks sometimes doesn't work as well as it should. Powerful POS Software Wonderful! PROS This is a full featured food service POS software. It will meet the needs of 95% of all restaurant operators. It was designed with functionality and stability in mind. CONS Some features are missing but development is continuing and software update releases happen every month.
