A decent company that wants to do better, but may not be there yet. Overall, we are generally happy with Heartland's POS side of the company (we would not recommend the HR side, but that is another story). The customer service typically responds quickly. Sometimes I wish they would come out a little more quickly, especially since it seems that their equipment only ever breaks during a busy dinner rush. Heartland bought Mobilebytes and we still love Mobilebytes Overall we like and will continue to use this product. Definitely one of the best options on the market. Pros This system is so user-friendly and both the back and and the front end make a lot of sense for everyone that encounters them.
