Microsoft Flow, Hidden Gem you likley already have. Ready in 5min or less!Use Cases and Deployment Scope - Microsoft Flow came to organization as part of the O365 suite. It was an overlooked product as part of the suite early on but gained adaptation once it became clear you could automate everyday tasks across multiple platforms to increase daily productivity. The product is available across the whole organization but has seen early adoption in the IT departments and development groups. The main problem it addressed for us ... read more

Microsoft Flow is at the cusp of being great once the learning curve is tackled and user experience demystifiedUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We are one operating company under a parent company with dozens of OPCOs, and we are in the Life Sciences space. Our agreement with Microsoft is at the parent company level, and the terms of implementation and use cases are exercised at the operating company level. We have migrated from SharePoint 2016 and an on-prem version of Nintex Workflow to Office 365, and our use of Nintex has... read more

We Have a Connector for ThatUse Cases and Deployment Scope - Microsoft Flow is being used currently in our organization in conjunction with PowerApps and other connectors so that we can automate certain business practices. The business problem it is currently solving is the automation of current antiquated practices and procedures. It also is streamlining a lot of different and often mundane tasks, in turn freeing up valuable employee time and resources.Pros - Approval workflows, it makes getting approvals in a succinct orde... read more

Good not great but the sky is the limitUse Cases and Deployment Scope - I manage commercial solar projects for an owner/operator. The projects are located across the US, on various terrains (and rooftops). They range from 300kw to 20MW so there is a lot of customizing necessary in every project. Procore allows the project team to interface with the site reporting and project information on a day to day basis with accuracy and efficiency. Procore has been especially helpful at identifying problems before they become significa... read more

In my opinion, Microsoft Power Automate will throttle your SharePoint ListUse Cases and Deployment Scope - We thought Microsoft Power Automate would meet our needs for workflow automation. We manage a large project for our client with about 1,500 projects we have to track from start to finish in a 12-month cycle. our SharePoint tracker has over 100 fields. We wanted to use Microsoft Power Automate to monitor the tracker and start workflows when dates were added to certain fields. Think review and approval before the project ... read more
