Springboard Review PROS The functionality is by far the best attribute of Springboard. It's extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. The system is always fast and rarely every lags. CONS There really isn't much to negative to say about Springboard, but the only downside is that, being that it is web-based program, if our internet goes down our company cannot do business.

Heartland Retail - be Cautious Poor - before this I would have said I really like the system. This has made me rethink using them. The local sales rep has been no help and only frustrating me more. PROS Online support is great but the local sales rep is NO help and not worth changing to the new ENO system they are now trying to sell you on. CONS I have used heartland retail since 2020. Truly a POS PROS Easy to contact customer service, but every person has a different answer to your question! You can't get a straight answer from anyone. CONS The constant run around. A Constant Problem!! Terrible POS SYSTEM with NO SUPPORT Terrible! I have been having continual issues with being able to take credit card payments without the entire system crashing and I've been working with their tech support for over a month now on this issue with NO RESOLUTION. They can't fix it or won't fix it and I am left having to uninstall and reinstall my credit card terminals multiple times a day in order to keep ringing sales. Read the contract Awful. Was lied to by representatives prior to set up that cancellation will not cost anything if I did not like the system. This is one of those systems that if you plan to get installed, READ THE CONTRACT and DO NOT BELIEVE THE REPRESENTATIVE. PROS Nothing at all, everything was expensive to set up.
