Due to storm damage, we had siding replaced on our house and 2 out buildings. We also had some gutters and down spouts replace and/or added. We were pleased with the work. Any concerns we had, were addressed in a timely manner. We would use Heartland again!

We hired Heartland to replace the entire roof (shingles) and siding lost and damaged by the Iowa Derecho last August The roofing was done in a timely manner. They covered the exposed outside walls until they could schedule for Spring. The crews arrived on time each day. They were extremely efficient and professional. They answered all of our questions and concerns. when the work was complete, they did very good job of cleaning up. Bill C.
We hired Heartland to replace siding lost and damaged by the Iowa derecho last August. Our damage was not serious (i.e. walls were not breached), so we were scheduled for springtime. They did, however, cover exposed areas and repair fascia and soffits to prevent further damage. Their crew did excellent work, tidying up at the end of each day, and the Project Manager maintained contact during the entire process. I highly recommend Heartland.

Heartland has been great to work with from the beginning working together with insurance companies to make sure the work needed gets done. Communication and customer service and plus the crew to do the work has been wonderful. We had one small issue and it was taken care of promptly with the final walk through with area supervisor. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
