The crew tried to cover the rotton facia boards with metal without removing the gutters to replace the rotton boards. This was in the estimate to do. The j channel around the windows and corners were the wrong color, which was also in the estimate as to what color it was to be. The fix was to replace after all the siding was installed. I said no. The flashing on the roof corners was left short causing water to penetrate the roof osb leaking under the soffit metal. A worker came to fix the following day.(Should have been done... read more
